Shipping, Returns & Lead Time
All orders ship FREE within the continental U.S. We ship standard USPS, but you'll have the option to use UPS and USPS priority for an extra charge.
For all orders shipping outside of the US, the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". Please note we are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
Canada: We offer $8.50 flat rate shipping for orders being sent to Canada.
The rest of the world: We offer a $20 flat rate for all International orders (with the exception of Canada as noted above). All international orders (again, except for Canada) are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges:
We want to be absolutely sure that you are happy with every product you receive from us and we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase. We are also happy to provide exchanges for a different size if the fit was not just right the first time around. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help process your return/exchange.
Unfortunately, international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are ineligible for refund or exchange.

Orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Most of our shoes are made to order and typically orders ship within 5-7 business days after being placed.
